JESSMARY ECHEVARRIA
Hello! My name is Jessmary Echevarria. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for A Great Life Services. I have been working as a counselor for about 4 years now. I am certified in EMDR training and trauma. Prior to this, I was a Psychosocial Rehabilitator for A Great Life Services. Within therapy I use CBT, EMDR and mindfulness with my clients. I chose to become a mental health professional due to the skillset I have that are required for the position. Growing up I would see my mom working with children and how much she influenced their lives. The amount of dedication she put into her job and client’s inspired me to do the same in my work field. In relation, I am a Supervisor for case managers. Within my scope of expertise I live by the words of Albert Einstein, «In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity».
